Alicia draws from her 20 years of leadership experience with the Walt Disney Company and her international experience working for the United Nations. While working for the Disney Institute, Alicia helped train thousands of professionals from businesses and organizations around the world. She adapts Disney's unique style and approach to helping businesses build caring cultures that deliver world-class customer service. Alicia is a strategic business partner who inspires and leads teams to exceed goals. Alicia has been a Keynote Speaker for (NAR) the National Association of Realtors for the past 10 years. She is also a proud volunteer and board member of the YMCA in Central Florida, helping inspire young minds and develop future leaders. Alicia is a member of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association, and the National Association of Realtors.

Alicia was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Economics, and Minor in Spanish from El Centro Bilingue University in Cuernavaca, Mexico. Alicia also holds a Master of Arts degree in International Business Management from London, England and a Masters of Business Administration from Stetson University, Florida.
