Leadership Foundations
It is difficult to ensure your new managers or potential managers know everything they need to do their job well. This workshop prepares emerging leaders to take on significant roles and responsibilities in the future. Participants gain skills to improve trust and influence with peers and superiors, link their work to a clear and compelling team purpose, implement a system for executing on critical priorities, and leverage the talents of peers and co-workers to achieve unprecedented results.
The Leadership Foundations workshop consists of 4-core training components customized to your individual leadership needs. We work together to transform managers into leaders through effective leadership training. Resources and key players are identified in the organization and a grassroots system is created (which includes: coaching, mentoring, leadership developing, experience mapping, feedback and action planning, implementation and follow up).
